USC – Changes within IMSA

IMSA which manages the United Sportscar Championship has announced several changes within its competition department. Simon Hodgson, former Team Manager of Wayne Taylor Racing, becomes the new Director of Race Operations for IMSA while Beaux Barfield, until now Race Director ofIndyCar, becomes the new Race Director of USC. Furthermore, Scot Elkins will be in charge of the technical regulations within IMSA (balance of performance, homologation, etc.), and in particular with regard to the USC.
