La liste des pilotes et écuries présentes pour le prochain rookie test qui se déroulera lors des essais d’après-saison à Bahreïn s’est encore étoffée. Outre la présence acquise de Sam Bird dans la Toyota TS040 Hybrid, de Richie Stanaway chez Audi, et de Mitch Evans chez Porsche (where Juan-Pablo Montoya will also make an appearance), the LM P2 category will see several teams in action.
Signatech-Alpine will line up the Briton Matthew Rao while the Scot Lewis Williamson will compete on behalf of Strakka Racing. SARD Morand, AF Racing and KCMG will also be there.
In GTE, Team Manthey will put two Porsche 911 RSRs on track, and three Aston Martin Vantage will be there. However, no driver has been confirmed for the moment, and the full entry list will be published on November 10.
