The Japanese clan still dominates the overall race with its two TS050 Hybrid n°7 and n°8 of Kamui Kobayashi et Fernando Alonso, separated by 2'09". L'Alpine A470 n°36 by André negrao is one lap ahead of its rival for the LM P2 category title, the No. 38 Oreca – Jackie Chan DC Racing.
La Ferrari n°51 de Daniel Serra possède 1′ d’avance sur la Porsche n°91 de Frédéric Makowiecki et 1’41 » d’avance sur la Porsche n°93 de Patrick Pilet et contrôle les débats même si « Mako » réalise un relais impressionnant en alignant les tours en 3’51 ».
Keating Motorsports remains at the forefront in GTE Am with the #85 Ford GT of Ben Keating leading a lead of 1'18” over the #56 – Team Project1 Porsche.
