24h of Le Mans-H+7: Cross-country lead

Both Toyota TS050 Hybrid n°7 et n°8 s’échangent les positions en tête des 24 Hours of Le Mans 2019. If n°8 of Kazuki Nakajima had briefly regained the lead at the time of the neutralization under the safety car after Thomas Laurent's accident, the No. 7 of José Maria Lopez is now in the lead with 1'03 ahead after Nakajima's stop.

The rest of the LM P1 peloton is one lap behind, with the #1 – SMP Racing BR17 of Setgey Sirotkin in 3rd position.

The battle never ends in LM P2 between Alpine and G-Drive Racing. Andrew negrao retained the advantage until then but Jean-Eric Vergne finally took the advantage before Arnage. Ho Pin Tung observes this fight from a good distance with the No. 07 Oreca 38 – Jackie Chan DC Racing, at 50″.

Kevin Estre (Porsche n°92) n’arrive pas à décrocher la Ferrari #51 by Alessandro Pier Guidi, 2″4 separating the two leaders in GTE Pro. Antonio Garcia (Corvette C7.R no. 63) is 5″ behind, while the No. 93 Porsche of Nick Tandy remains 4th at 10″.

No change in GTE Am with the #85 – Keating Motorsports Ford GT of Jeroen Bleekemolen, leader with 1'10” ahead of the #84 – JMW Motorsports Ferrari of Jeff Segal. The No. 911 Porsche 56 RSR – Team Project1 of Jörg Bergmeister completes the provisional trifecta in the category.
