Anthony Davidson (Peugeot 908 HDi FAP n°1), qui a poussé Emmanuel Collard (Corvette ZR1 n°64) à la faute en le doublant au niveau des virages Porsche during 24 Hours of Le Mans (see video), apologized to the French pilot. However, at first, the Peugeot driver gave little importance to this event, saying that he first had to get back to the Audis. “ The damage is done? but it?s true that I was very, very disappointed with him after the race », confides Manu Collard to AUTOhebdo.fr. “ He knew he had made a mistake and he didn't come to see me. I found it a bit limiting. In addition, he made statements in the press in which he said that it was not his fault, that he did not care, that he was there to fight and try to get back at the Audis. Was I disappointed with that? In the end, I received an email yesterday from him, in which he takes full responsibility for the accident. He did not need to see the images again, he knows very well that this is a place where he should not overtake. »
