The No. 18 Audi R2 TDI of Benoît Tréluyer did not finish the session. The Frenchman, author of the 4th fastest time, went out in the Brussels bend. It is followed by the 908 n°8 of Stéphane Sarrazin, the 908 n°7 of Marc Gené and the 908 HDI FAP Oreca n°10 of Loïc duval.
The No. 01 Strakka Racing HPD ARX 42 driven by Nick Leventis set the best time in the LMP2 category (2:11:332) and was ahead of the Oreca 03 Nissan of Soheil Ayari (2:12:118).
