The #18 Audi R3 TDI is currently at the top of the timesheet. Tom Kristensen set a time of 2:03:844 and was ahead of the No. 18 R1 TDI then in the hands of Romain Dumas (2:04:054). Sebastian Bourdais (Peugeot 908 n°9) is the author of the 3rd fastest time (2:04??217).
The session was interrupted by the exit of the No. 18 Audi R2 TDI of Benoît Tréluyer at the Rivage bend. The car, currently 4th on the timesheet, is in the sandbox but has not suffered any damage.
