Driver of the Oreca 03-Nissan of Boutsen Energy Racing in the Le Mans Series, Dominik Kraihamer will drive in the next 24 Hours of Le Mans the same car, but managed directly by Team Oreca Matmut. A rookie in Sarthe, he discovered endurance in 2009 via Formula Le Mans, a real sector that should lead drivers to LMP2, and even higher. The 21-year-old Austrian will have David Hallyday and Alexandre Prémat (see here).

“Every driver dreams of having such an opportunity, He says. I'm young and I don't have a lot of experience, but Team Oreca-Matmut gives me an incredible chance. It is a very high level team. I know that I am in good hands, within a team that has one goal: to win! The Oreca 03 is a very healthy car. The aerodynamics are incredible and the cornering speed is exceptional. It goes very quickly! I'm really looking forward to driving it at Le Mans? »

Dominik Kraihamer only has five days to wait before the test day on Sunday.
