Expected to defend the colors of the team Peugeot Sport to the last 24 Hours of Le Mans, Sebastian Loeb had finally decided to skip the double clock tower in Sarthe due to a very busy schedule. This year, the problem was the same for the seven-time world champion.

“Le Mans I thought about it, explains the Alsatian. But we decided that it wouldn't happen. Last year, the tests (with the Peugeot 908 HDi FAP, Editor's note) went very well. We decided not to do it due to an overload of work. This year the problem is the same. In 2010 we had a car in development. This year, we are going to have all the tests inherent to the first part of the season to try to accelerate the development of the car in order to be ready as quickly as possible. So what if I also had to go back and test with Peugeot? I will have time in the future. »
