Winner of 24 Hours of Le Mans 2003 avec Bentley, Guy Smith s’apprête à prendre pour la deuxième fois le départ des 24 Heures du Mans au volant d’une Lola engagée par le Rebellion Racing. Le Britannique, qui aura pour équipiers Jean-Christophe Boullion et Andra Belicchi, est optimiste. Il espère même que le moteur Toyota permettra aux voitures de l’équipe suisse d’aller chatouiller les usines, à savoir Peugeot et Audi.

This is one of the most ambitious teams I have had the pleasure of working with and the addition of the Toyota engine to the Lola coupe proves that they are constantly striving to improve their package. It was a real pleasure to work with Andrea and Jean-Christophe. We have revenge to take at Le Mans and I think we could really be a thorn in the side of the factory teams. »
