Le Toyota Gazoo Racing s’est assuré la pole position de la 86e édition des 24 Hours of Le Mans 2018, thanks to Kazuki Nakajima, author of a time of 3'15"377 with the TS050 Hybrid n°8, shared with Fernando Alonso et Sébastien Buemi.
The Japanese improved his previous benchmark established yesterday in Q1 and is ahead of the #050 TS7 Hybrid by Conway – Koabayshi – Lopez.
IDEC Sport, grâce à Paul-Loup Chatin, qui a amélioré en 3’24″842, en Q3 partira en pole position en LM P2 avec la Oreca 07 n°48, alors que Porsche a dominé les deux catégories en GTE avec la n°91 de Bruni – Makowiecki – Lietz en pole en GTE Pro et la n°88 – Dempsey – Proton Racing de Cairoli – Al Qubaisi – Roda.
