Jaime Alguersuari (Toro Rosso) continues his learning at the highest level. Starting from the pits, the Spaniard was behind his teammate Sebastien Buemi (Toro Rosso) when he experienced a mechanical problem which forced him to retire.
« I started from the pits and was then able to stay away from the problems of the first lap. Then everything was fine and I was right behind Buemi. But I had a gearbox problem and I gave up. I am very disappointed not to finish because it is very important for me to put in as many kilometers as possible in the car. »
