Bahrain Testing – Day 2: Magnussen sets the fastest time
What if the freight delay had made the business of Haas ? After receiving authorization to drive an additional hour this Friday evening to make up for lost time, the American team returned to the track Kevin Magnussen which created general surprise in Skahir.
Si Carlos Sainz had dominated the 2e 4 hour session of the day with a time of 1'33"532, the Dane made headlines an hour later by dislodging the Spaniard from the 1e place. Shod with soft tires, K-Mag erased the driver's mark Ferrari with a lap in 1'33"207.

Note that it is difficult to judge this fast lap since Kevin Magnussen was alone on the track and no driver was able to make any improvement.
