The World Motor Sport Council, after meeting this Friday, decided to create a manufacturers' commission. This committee will aim to correlate the development of motorsport and production automobile technology; to develop the involvement of competitors, sponsors and broadcasters, while improving the spectacle of the FIA championships; to jointly explore common initiatives aimed at improving environmental protection and road safety.
