Renaults join the list of penalized

The pilots Renault Nico Hulkenberg and Jolyon Palmer join the list of drivers penalized on the grid for the Italian GP at Monza. The winner of 24 Hours of Le Mans 2015 will have to move back ten places for a change of MGU-H, while the former GP2 Series champion received a sanction of 15 ranks for a new MGU-H and a new turbo.

In total, six drivers received a penalty on the Italian GP grid for Power Unit element changes. The pilots Red Bull Max Verstappen et Daniel Ricciardo took a sanction of 20 and 25 places respectively, while Carlos Sainz Jr. (Toro Rosso) will have to move back ten places. The record is currently held by Fernando Alonso (McLaren) with 35 penalty places.
