After BMW, it?s the turn of Renault to confirm the presence of KERS from the first Grand Prix of the season in Australia. This new energy recovery system will give approximately 80 additional horsepower to be used seven seconds per lap.
McLaren et Ferrari have not yet officially announced the use of KERS in Australia. On the other hand, Brawn GP, Force India, Red Bull, Toro Rosso, Toyota et Williams have already confirmed the absence of this system during the first Grand Prix.
