It’s the big comeback! Absent from the 2021 calendar and no longer contested since February 2020, a few weeks before the start of the health crisis, the Adelaide round is once again part of the Supercars program.
Starting this year, Adelaide, the capital of South Australia, will host the Supercars final for the next 5 campaigns, namely until 2026!

Now repositioned as the last round of the season, Adelaide hosted the first Supercars meeting of the year from 1999 to 2020. In 2014, Scott McLaughlin, then at Garry Rogers Motorsport, and Jamie Whincup (Triple Eight) were the protagonists of a magnificent duel. Enough to give back chills to the fans who were waiting for the return of this icon of the Australian championship.
