There was one man missing in the four crews announced by CD Sport last week for the FFSAGT. Paul Paranthoen, involved in Mercedes-AMG GT4 n°3 will finally be accompanied by Choletais Aurélien Robineau, the 2018 champion of the Funyo Challenge. They will ride in the Am category.
“I started in Funyo proto from 2015, with a break in 2017 for the birth of my daughter, before winning the title in 2018 and a 3rd place in 2019. The GT4 is for me a logical continuation., commented the 36-year-old pilot.
Accessing the premier discipline of SRO meetings and French circuit races was my goal at this stage of my career. I had already met my new teammate Paul Paranthoen in karting, it’s also nice to find him at CD Sport. I want motorsport to be synonymous with fun, but with people who have a head on their shoulders! »
