Despite his 11th place during the first free practice sessions, the driver of the No. 41 Ford-GT of the Marc VDS team, Frédéric Makowiecki, has confidence in his team to obtain better results in qualifying and in the race. “I am very positive, because we have learned again and found other solutions to be faster, explains the French pilot. It's true, we had some problems on Wednesday, but not that big and we understood what happened. I think we have a good unit, as do the team and my teammate, and together we should have a good race. Everyone was very close in practice, and that shows that if we want to have a good race, we have to have a very good qualifying. We have to be 100% in qualifying and in the race. After qualifying, we will have a look at everyone's potential and we will know what is possible this weekend. »
