A regular resident of Rebellion Racing in LMS, Neel Jani made his debut in the FIA GT1 world championship last weekend at Spa. The Swiss is in fact, since this fifth round, the new teammate of Romain Grosjean aboard the No. 6 Ford GT Matech Competition. And even if this Belgian meeting did not go as hoped, the 1-2007 A2008 GP champion nonetheless remains confident for the future, he who had everything to discover last week, both the car and the discipline.
“During my stint, I did my best to get to know the car even more and we finished 14th. Without the problem in the pits we could have been in the Top 10. The car behaved well and we had no tire problems. For my part, I still have room for improvement in knowing the car and using it well. It?s very different from single-seaters. I'm sure we will fight for the podium at the Nürburgring! »
