The full starting grid for the 12 Hours of the Gulf

There will be 34 cars taking part in the final of the Intercontinental GT Challenge in Abu Dhabi as part of the 12 Hours of the Gulf (December 11), including a record 30 GT3s. Six brands will be represented: Audi, BMW, Ferrari, Mercedes, Porsche et McLaren.

Compared to the first list of entrants which mentioned the meeting of the son Kevin Magnussen and his father Jan Magnussen, we note the presence of a crew Simon Gachet, Lucas Légeret and Gilles Magnus at Saintéloc Racing (Audi) and Patric Niederhauser, Christopher Haase and Erwan Bastard on the second Audi R8 LMS. Former cycling champion Tom Boonen is entered in a Porsche 911 GT3 R which he will share with former GT1 driver Peter Kox.

Mercedes will chase a fifth consecutive victory in IGTC, notably with the winning crew of the 24 2022 Hours of Spa, Jules Gounon, Daniel Juncadella and Raffaele Marciello from the GruppeM team. The No. 66 Audi Sport Team Tresor sees 12 Gulf 2019 Hours runner-up Mattia Drudi join forces with 2021 GT World Challenge Europe champion Ricardo Feller and multiple winner Kelvin van der Linde.
