Last December, the FIA announced its decision to exclude the Pekaracing Corvette from the Zolder race, the last race of the 2009 FIA GT season, due to a non-compliant cylinder block. The team appealed this decision, an appeal which will be judged by the FIA Court of Appeal on Thursday February 23, in Paris. The decision will be known the next day.
