The pilots of NASCAR face this weekend for the first time since 1956, the very selective Road America route. Located in Elkhart Lake, near Milwaukee, this track has the particularity of having retained its original layout since its opening to competition in 1955. With a length of 4,048 miles (6,515 km), it presents important elevation changes as well as a fast section where cars can approach 300 km/h.
For this 20th round of the season the drivers will cover 62 laps, for a total distance of 250 miles (402,25 km).
