Cars approved for the Coupe de France

SRO Motorsports, promoter of the French Championship FFSAGT, confirmed this Friday the list of cars eligible to compete in the Coupe de France, which is making its comeback in the series this season.

Aston Martin Vantage GT4 (except 2019 version)
Ekris BMW M4 GT4
Ginetta G55 GT4 (except 2017 versions and +)
KTM X-Bow GT4
Maserati GranTurismo MC GT4
Porsche Cayman GT4 Clubsport (sauf 718)

For the record, this category will be reserved for Bronze drivers, and will feature GT4s selected by Stéphane Ratel's entity, a specific Balance of Performance being put in place, for these "old" cars, which should therefore be below the performance of more recent GT4s (we are thinking in particular of the new Porsche 718 Cayman).

The latter must also be much faster over a lap, a new BoP being implemented in 2019, with a potential gain of 1″5 to 2″ per lap.
