Nelson Panciatici in the Italian Grand Touring Championship

Nelson Panciatici va participer au Campionato Italiano Gran Turismo cette saison. Organisé par l’ACI, la fédération italienne de l’automobile, ce championnat possède un plateau composé d’une dizaine de constructeurs : Ferrari, Porsche, Mercedes, Aston Martin, McLaren, Lamborghini, BMW or even Audi. It is with the firm of Maranello that the Frenchman will compete in this championship, at the wheel of a 488 GT3 from Scuderia Baldini Racing supported by AF Corse.

“Since my beginnings in motor racing I have participated in numerous championships whether in car, in endurance with the prototypes, in Tourism, in GT, in rally and I've always been into it, so there's no reason why it shouldn't work even though I know that any new challenge is never easy, said Nelson Panciatici. Working with an Italian team will remind me of my years karting in the Italian junior championship and in particular with Danilo's team Red. I have incredible memories of it. The pleasure is there, all that remains is to work hard in order to fight for victory, I am confident! »

The first race of the season will take place on April 23 and 24 at the Monza circuit.
