The night was fatal for some favorites of these 24 Hours of Spa. There Ferrari F430 of Van de Poele-Bruni-Vilander-Longin, second, had to retire following a collision with the Audi n°50 of Fässler-Rockenfeller-Luhr-Kumpen, third. The Phoenix Racing R8 LMS is no longer in the race either.
Cet incident a profité à la Porsche BMS Scuderia Italia n°23 de Romain Dumas, Jörg Bergmeister, Martin Ragginger et Wolf Henzler, deuxième derrière la BMW n°70 des trois Dirk Werner, Müller et Adorf.

Followed by the Porsche Imsa, the #78 BMW and Ortelli?s Audi WRT, first in the GT3 category.
