On the Spa-Francorchamps circuit, Romain Grosjean had a busy weekend to say the least, competing in the FIA GT1 world championship and the 24 Hours of Spa. The former Renault resident F1 team will have spent almost 13 hours at the wheel, including 10h30 during the Belgian double-lap.
“I can't take it anymore, I slept for an hour... But it was good, declared the Frenchman on Sunday evening. And then we got this podium! (in GTN, editor’s note). It is an extremely difficult race, both for the men and for the mechanics! Personally, I really found it harder than the 24 Hours of Le Mans…But it makes this podium taste even better! »
