The appeal filed by Kurt Busch, after his suspension following the decision of the Delaware court in the investigation into domestic violence against his ex-partner Patricia Driscoll, was rejected today by the appeal authorities, his suspension being maintained for the moment. Pilot Stewart-Haas can still file a final appeal, which will also be considered today.
