Bubba Wallace will have a special livery for the Blue-Emu Maximum Pain Relief 500 contested this Wednesday at Martinsville Speedway (Virginia). The Richard Petty Motorsports resident will see his Chevrolet display the message #BlackLivesMatter in direct reference to the protests against racism.
The driver of the No. 1 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 43LE is the only African-American driver on the field of the Nascar Cup Series. The championship has already shown its support for the movement born following the death of George Floyd after his arrest by the police in Minneapolis (Minnesota) on May 25.
