The second round of the VLN championship at the Nürburgring in Germany saw the first ever victory for the new Audi R8 LMS. The latest weapon from Audi Sport, entered by Team WRT, won in the hands of the duo Christopher Mies – Nico Müller and even achieved a double with second place for Laurens Vanthoor – Pierre Kaffer.
