Campos formalizes his third driver in Eurocup-3

And three for Campos, who reveals the name of a new driver in Eurocup-3 alongside Tasanapol Inthraphuvasak and Francesco Braschi: Suleiman Zanfari.

Campos formalizes his third driver in Eurocup-3

Campos Racing has announced its third pilot to take part in the Eurocup-3 championship, in the presence of Moroccan Suleiman Zanfari. He will officiate alongside Tasanapol Inthraphuvasak and Francesco Braschi. 

The young pilot began his adventure in car in the F4 Spain category, also trying his hand at the championships of the United Arab Emirates and Italy. Within the MP Motorsport structure, Zanfari ranks 7th in Spanish F4 in 2022.

“I started my adventure in motorsport at the age of 10 with the Campos Academy in 2015, remembers Zanfari. I still remember the interviews with Adrián Campos Sr in Alzira. He gave me very good advice for my debut in single-seaters. It is an honor to race with Campos Racing, which I consider my family, and I would like to thank Adrián (Campos Jr) and Andreu (Romera) for this opportunity. Let's go for it! »

 

An enthusiasm shared by Adrián Campos, director of the Spanish structure: “We are very happy to have Suleiman (Zanfari) in our team in Eurocup-3. He is a pilot who knows the house well, since we have worked with him for many years in our Campos Academy. Suleiman is an extremely talented driver who we are sure will do very well in a championship as competitive and difficult as this one promises to be. For our part, we will continue to support him to obtain the best possible results together. Likewise, we would like to thank his manager Marco Cioci for the trust he places in us so that Suleiman can take a new step in his sporting career. »

 

A new stage which will begin in May in Spa-Francorchamps (Belgium). Until then, the championship grid which is placed as a competitor to FRECA is filling up little by little. Among the teams taking part alongside Campos will be MP Motorsport, Drivex and the team founded by driver Alex Palou, with the eponymous name Palou Motorsport. Between 20 and 26 drivers will compete in single-seaters with Tatuus chassis and power units. Alfa Romeo, on different routes in Europe.
