Dimitri Enjalbert (Boutsen Energy Racing) won race 1 of the Eurocup Mégane Trophy at the Nürburgring on Saturday ahead of Mike Verschuur (McGregor by Equipe Verschuur) and Pierre Thiriet (TDS Racing). Verschuur took advantage of the retirement of Jonathan Hirschi (TDS Racing) to regain the lead in the championship with a 12-point lead.
