Expected at the forefront, Evan Giltaire was no exception to the rule in this first official outing of the 2023 Easter Cups. After the private tests the day before, the winner of the 2022 SuperNationals in Las Vegas in karting took first place in the only official free practice session at the start of the day in the Gers.

In a session marked by the exit of the track of the American Garrett Berry, without consequences despite the appearance of a short red flag, Evan Giltaire took over one of the favorites for the title Enzo Peugeot . With a time of 1'29"206, he beat him by 124 thousandths to finish these tests at the top of the timesheet. Pol López, Adrien Closmenil and Garrett Berry completed the Top 5.

The F4 France drivers will return to the track this Saturday afternoon (15:30 p.m.) for qualifying which will determine the three grids for the weekend.
