Campos Racing has announced its second driver for the season Formula 3 2021, confirming that Lorenzo Colombo will join Amaury Cordeel in the Spanish team. The Italian driver will take the step into Formula Renault Eurocup, where he took fifth place with three victories and five podiums.
The 20-year-old driver started in Italian F4 before gaining experience in German F4 and Euroformula Open.
“Lorenzo was always very close to the team and he was the kind of driver my father followed since our first meeting four years ago,” said Adrian Campos Jr., team principal. I am sure that Lorenzo will manage to demonstrate during this season why my father believed in him and rated him as an extremely talented driver with enormous potential.
