Christian Lundgaard (ART Grand Prix) set the best time in the free practice session of the Hungarian FIA meeting F3 this Friday morning, in 1'32″771.
The Dane precedes the Brazilian Pedro Piquet (Trident) by less than a tenth, while the top 5 is completed by Jake Hughes (HWA Racelab), Max Fewtrell (ART Grand Prix) and championship leader Robert Swhartzman (Prema), all authors of a time under 1'33" per lap.
The latest winner at Silverstone, Leonardo Pulcini (Hitech GP) ranks 7th behind Marcus Armstrong (Prema). Note that Teppei Natori (Carlin) was placed under investigation for having missed the weigh-in.
FIA F3 qualifying in Hungary will take place tomorrow morning from 9am.
