The second meeting of the World Series by Renault 2010 takes place this weekend in Spa-Francorchamps, Belgium. The Eurocup Formula Renault 2.0 collective tests were dominated by Arthur Pic. The Frenchman, best time of the two sessions, completed his best lap in 2:19:239. The Tech 1 Racing driver is ahead of the Italian Daniel Mancinelli and the Dutchman Bart Hylkema.
