Already the fastest during free practice yesterday, the Frenchman has just set the best qualifying time in Eurocup Formula Renault 2.0, in 2?17??982, and will therefore start in pole position for the race this afternoon at 12:50 p.m. The Tech 1 Racing driver pushes back his closest competitor, the Dutchman Kévin Korjus, by four tenths. The Spaniard Genis Olivé completes the top three. Also best second time, Arthur Pic will start from first place on the starting grid for race 2, tomorrow at 12:35 p.m., ahead of Italian Daniel Mancinelli and Genis Olivé.
