Leclerc, Beganovic, Bearman and Montoya with Mumbai in FRAC

The Formula Regional Asian Championship (FRAC) grid continues to fill up. And like last year, Prema will once again play a big role. After announcing that the Al Qubaisi family (Khaled, Amna and Hamda) would drive for Abu Dhabi Racing by Prema, the Italian team will also be present behind the Mumbai Falcons structure. 

Third in the team rankings last year thanks to the solid performances of Jehan Daruvala, the Indian team will notably feature Arthur Leclerc and Dino Beganovic this year. The first, Monegasque and brother of Charles, concluded his first season of F3 with Prema in 10th place thanks to two victories. He will therefore be accompanied by the Swede Dino Beganovic, who will prepare for his second season in FRECA.

The two men will compete in the five rounds scheduled for this winter competition, and will be accompanied in the third car by the Sebastian Montoya-Oliver Bearman duo. The Colombian will compete in the first three rounds while the German and Italian F4 champion will take part in the last two. Note that the competition will begin on January 23 in Abu Dhabi, before three meetings in a row in Dubai and a final round at Yas Marina (February 20).
