The rain is the surprise guest of this third day of Rally de Finlande.
The two drivers even took a few seconds back from the leading duo. Ott Tänak and Esapekka Lappi, who started last, suffered heavier showers than their competitors and lost some time. The Estonian conceded 4″3 to Evans, while the Finn arrived 7″1 behind his teammate. Overall, Tänak remains in the lead and increases his lead over Lappi with now 6″6 ahead, but sees Evans and Rovanperä come back to around fifteen seconds.
No changes in the general classification following this 11th stage, with Craig Breen 5th who increased his lead to 9 seconds over Takamoto Katusta, 6th. Pierre-Louis Loubet set the 8th time (+19″0) and remains 8th overall, despite some superficial damage to the Frenchman's left rear wing.
