Jean-Michel Da Cunha takes the lead at Vallon de Marcillac.

Déjà vainqueur à 10 reprises ici-même, l’Aveyronnais J. M. Da Cunha (DS3 Rally2) associé à Bastien Dumas, n’a laissé à personne le soin de prendre les commandes de la première étape de « son » Marcillac en signant 3 des 6 scratchs du jour. Le Corse Thomas Argenti (Polo Rally2) reste toutefois dans les rétro du leader à 5 secondes. Longtemps en bagarre avec ce duo, le local Alexis Sirmain (Hyundai I20 Rally2) reste sur le podium mais compte maintenant plus de 30 secondes de retard. Le ruthénois Vincent Leduc 6ème avec son alpine A110 is leader in GT.

The battle rages on in the Michelin Rallye Tour in the 2-wheel drive category. It’s the Tarnais Patrick Benne (Peugeot 208), brilliant 8th in the general classification who leads the dance 15 seconds ahead of the Cantalian Jérémy Prat 9th and the Aveyron native Cédric Noé 10th, both perfectly equal in time with their Clio.
