Jean-Marie Cuoq (Focus WRC) signs his first scratch in the special of the event by finishing two tenths ahead of leader Stéphane Sarrazin (Peugeot 307 WRC) sur le parcours de Joux Verte. Frédéric Comte (Citroën C4 WRC) cède quatre secondes au leader du Championnat. Julien Maurin (Fiesta WRC) accuse 12 secondes de retard tandis que Gilles Nantet (Porsche GT3 Cup) signe le cinquième chrono à 22 secondes du scratch.
Stéphane Sarrazin maintains a lead of 21”7 over Frédéric Comte while Jean-Marie Cuoq comes back to eight seconds behind the C4 WRC. Julien Maurin and Pierre Roché (Mini Countryman) still complete the top five ahead of Gilles Nantet. Bryan Bouffier leads the peloton of Peugeot 207 S2000s, followed by Cédric Robert and Freddy Loix.
