Clearly, this is not the rally that our two Sébastiens were hoping for in Portugal. Already penalized by an accident and punctures on Friday, Sébastien Loeb (M-Sport Ford) and Sébastien Ogier (Toyota) ont encore subi des problèmes dans cette 11e spéciale.
The Alsatian was slowed down by a loss of power and the absence of the hybrid system on his Ford Puma Rally1 while the Gapençais left the road after contact with a rock. Sébastien Ogier was able to leave after the passage of Rally1 but the continuation of his second stage is uncertain.

The stage was won by Kalle Rovanperä, who continues to catch up with her Toyota Gazoo Racing teammate Elfyn Evans. Behind, Thierry Neuville gains a place thanks to a spin from Pierre-Louis Loubet (M-Sport Ford).
