Ain-Jura Rally – Ancian against Millet

The 43rd edition of rally Ain-Jura (2nd division) takes place on May 13 and 14 around Oyonnax. With, after two seasons of break, a duel announced between Jérémi Ancian, who will play in his department, and the driver from Besançon Denis Millet who in addition to the scratch will aim for a new victory in Michelin Rally Tour. The two former winners of the Volant Peugeot (2008 et 2012) auront dans les rétroviseurs le Haut-Savoyard Jérôme Chavanne ou l’ancien concurrent du Championnat de France junior et de la Clio Cup Victor Cartier, qui vient de s’offrir un premier podium avec sa Toyota Yaris Rally2-Kit lors du rallye National d’Alsace. Deux secteurs chronométrés sont au menu du vendredi soir (Bellignat 1km et Lac Genin, 9km) avant la grosse dernière journée de samedi (Le Poizat – Brénod 23 km et Chemin de la Guerre – Giron 21 km).

La lutte en catégorie GT sera marquée du sceau de Stuttgart entre les trois Porsche de Mickaël Charvaz, Paul Chabloz et Arnaud Deplatiere.
