Esapekka Lappi (Toyota) a lâché 7s à son coéquipier Juho Hänninen dans le second passage de Lempää, l’ES24 du Rally from Finland. The leader of the event indicated that he was suffering from a mechanical problem. The Nordique damaged his left rear wheel. The crew changed the wheel and should have fixed the problem although the suspension may have suffered.

Juho Hänninen (Toyota) signed the scratch with Jari-Matti Latvala (Toyota) by completing the 6,8km of Lempää in 3'08''3. The first Finn took 1”1 from Elfyn Evans (Ford).
Esapekka Lappi maintains a lead of almost 38 seconds over his teammate Juho Hänninen. Elfyn Evans remains 3rd, moving 9 tenths from 2nd place. Teemu Suninen fell to 4th position almost 16s behind. Craig Breen (Citroën) remains 5th ahead Thierry Neuville (Hyundai), Ott Tänak (Ford), Kris Meeke (Citroën), Dani Sordo (Hyundai) and Mads Ostberg (Ford).
