Elfyn Evans (Ford), best time on this course last night, sets the provisional reference time in 1’44”3, and beats Dani Sordo (Hyundai) in his duel. The Spanish driver takes the 4th provisional time at 1″4.
Latvala admits not having found his rhythm in the afternoon, after having fought for a long time with the Hyundai of Thierry Neuville for the lead of the event.

Ott Tänak (Ford) is faster in his duel against Jari-Matti Latvala (Toyota). The Estonian is also ahead of Thierry Neuville by two tenths and is 1″3 behind the Belgian overall, the latter retaining the lead in the rally.
