Ogier takes the lead in the Championship, 3 points ahead of Neuville. Tänak is 23 points behind the new leader and maintains his chances of winning the title. The M-Sport driver will be at a serious disadvantage opening the road in Australia, but he finally managed to catch up with the Belgian before the final which will take place on the weekend of November 15.
