Kalle Rovanperä (Skoda) still leads the debates in WRC 2 Pro by completing the Top 10 in the general classification with a dozen seconds ahead of his teammate Jan Kopecky. Mads Ostberg (Citroën) follows in 3rd place ahead of Éric Camilli (Ford) frustrated by his lack of pace at the start of the event.

Ott Tänak (Toyota) scored a second consecutive scratch on Rally Germany by winning SS4. The leader of the event completed the 9,27km from Wadern-Weiskirchen in 5'03''6, 1''5 ahead of Thierry Neuville (Hyundai) while Sébastien Ogier (Citroën) followed at 2'' 4. Esapekka Lappi (Citroën) finished more than 3 seconds ahead of the Hyundais of Andreas Mikkelsen and Dani Sordo. Kris Meeke (Toyota) finished almost 5 seconds behind Gus Greensmith (M-Sport).

Ott Tänak returns to service with a lead of 3”2 over Thierry Neuville. Sébastien Ogier remains 3rd but is almost 14 seconds behind the leader of the race. The Frenchman has a little more than 3 seconds ahead of Kris Meeke and Dani Sordo, separated by a tenth. Jari-Matti Latvala remains 6th ahead of his compatriot Esapekka Lappi. Andreas Mikkelsen follows 4 tenths behind the second Citroën.

Katsuta ranks 14s behind Tänak's new scratch. “I have no experience and it’s not easy. I remain cautious because the goal is to learn. »

Greensmith remains the slowest with almost 6s behind. The M-Sport driver still occupies 9th place. “I was much more comfortable but it took me a while to find my rhythm. »

Sordo sets the 6th time, 4″6 off the provisional scratch. The Spaniard remains 5th but is within a tenth of Meeke. “It was very dirty in places but we have to deal with it. I didn't get a very good start and I didn't ride very well afterwards. »

Latvala is the slowest at the finish with 5”6 behind. The Finn finds himself 2s behind his teammate Meeke. “The weather is not very good, I'm a little disappointed because I thought I would be better than that. »

Lappi sets the 4th time 3″3 from the provisional reference. The Citroën driver takes 4 tenths from Mikkelsen. “I can't be as fast as last year. This is not possible at the moment. »

Meeke lost a lot of time, almost 5 seconds behind his teammate Tänak. The Northern Irishman finds himself more than 3 seconds behind Ogier. “It wasn't bad this morning. I tried to stay clean but the car was slipping a lot. »

Mikkelsen is the slowest at the finish, 3″7 behind. The Hyundai driver is battling with Lappi for 7th place. “We might be able to improve the car so that I can be quicker when entering corners. We're not far from having something nice. »

Neuville finally ranks 1″5 behind Tänak and is ahead of Ogier by 9 tenths. The Hyundai driver is 3″2 from the lead of the race. “It generally went well in this passage. »

Ogier drops another 2″4 on Tänak while Neuville seems to be on pace with the leader. The Citroën driver is now almost 14 seconds behind the Estonian. “We'll see if we know what to do in the audience. I identified the problem, not sure if I can fix it. »

Tänak finished with a time of 5'03″6 at the end of the last course of the first pass. “It’s very different from the other ES with straights and hairpins. It will be hard to tell the difference here. It should be better in the second pass for us. »
