Rally Poland 2016
Ott Tänak (Ford) scored the scratch on the fourth special stage of the Rally Poland by completing the 21,14km in 10'04''8 and gaining 1''3 from Andreas Mikkelsen (Volkswagen), the leader of the event , while Hayden Paddon (Hyundai) was less than two seconds behind. Sébastien Ogier (Volkswagen) and Stéphane Lefebvre (Citroën) are the closest, ahead of Craig Breen (Citroën), Thierry Neuville (Hyundai) and Éric Camilli (Ford).
Jari-Matti Latvala (Volkswagen) lost a dozen seconds on the lead of the race by suffering a front-right puncture. The Finn still beat Mads Ostberg (Ford) and Dani Sordo (Hyundai).
Andreas Mikkelsen now only has a 2”3 lead over Ott Tänak. Hayden Paddon stays in contact 4”4 behind and ahead of Sébastien Ogier by three seconds. Thierry Neuville took fifth place three seconds ahead of Jari-Matti Latvala who is still a few tenths ahead of Stéphane Lefebvre (Citroën). Craig Breen (Citroën) and Éric Camilli (Ford) are now ahead of Mads Ostberg (Ford) who has fallen to tenth place with seven seconds ahead of Dani Sordo (Hyundai).
Breen ranks 3 tenths behind Lefebvre, 5″5 behind Tänak. The Citroën driver ranks 8th between the French Lefebvre and Camilli.
Bertelli is 21s behind Tänak. He is the slowest after Solberg who was disrupted by radio problems with his co-driver.
Lefebvre achieves the 5th provisional time, 5″2 behind Tänak. By regaining 4″4 in Latvala, the Citroën driver is only 4 tenths behind the Finn overall.
Solberg is the slowest, half a minute behind the best time. The Norwegian is already outside the top ten.
Camilli sets the 6th provisional time, 11″8 behind Tänak. The M-Sport driver takes the advantage over his teammate Ostberg by 3″8.
