Loubet: “I felt better in this special, but I went off the road and stalled the engine”.
The Corsican loses 18″6 on Thierry Neuville in this special and remains 10th overall.
At the same turn where Esapekka Lappi had missed the intersection, Pierre-Louis Loubet stopped off-road, against a concrete barrier. Fortunately the Frenchman leaves again but after having lost a significant amount of time.
Breen: “I would have liked to have been faster in these last two stages, even if it was a good start to the rally overall this morning.
Craig Breen lost 4 tenths on Ott Tänak in this special but preserved his second place in the general classification.
More progress for Takamoto Katsuta. The Japanese finished with the 5th provisional time, between Ott Tänak and Elfyn Evans. However, Kalle Rovanperä does better and moves ahead of him in the general classification!
And that’s 12″3 lost for Esapekka Lappi on this special. His teammate Teemu Suninen continues to get closer in the general classification.
Esapekka Lappi missed an intersection! A handful of seconds lost due to a lack of attention for the Finn.
Teemu Suninen finished with a time 9″3 slower than that of Thierry Neuville.
