Jari-Matti Latvala (Toyota) scored a new scratch in the second pass of Moksi, SS7 of the Rally Finland. His teammate Ott Tänak was slowed down by the tracks of the other cars made this morning and fell short by almost 6 seconds. Esapekka Lappi (Citroën) and Kris Meeke (Toyota) were the closest with a tenth behind. Andreas Mikkelsen (Hyundai) followed almost 5 seconds ahead of Sébastien Ogier (Citroën) who took more than a second from Craig Breen (Hyundai). The Irishman was hampered by his front hood. Thierry Neuville (Hyundai) followed more than 8 seconds behind, still only ahead of the Fords of Teemu Suninen and Gus Greensmith.

Jari-Matti Latvala took the lead in Rally Finland by 4 tenths ahead of Ott Tänak. Kris Meeke completes a provisional podium still monopolized by the Toyotas, even if Esapekka Lappi remains one second from 3rd place. Craig Breen has marked time and finds himself less than 3 seconds ahead of Sébastien Ogier who nevertheless sees Andreas Mikkelsen come back to less than a second. Thierry Neuville remains isolated in 8th place ahead of Teemu Suninen and Gus Greensmith.

Breen sets the 7th time, more than 6s from the benchmark. Slight less good for the very efficient Hyundai driver this morning. Ogier returns to less than 3 seconds from 5th place. The Irishman was hampered by his front bonnet which rose on the course.

It's almost time for the second pass of the first stage at the Rally Finland!

Tänak is expected at the start of the 20,04km Moksi special from 14:24 p.m. Meeke was the fastest there this morning with a time of 9'56″3.
